Mr. Norris has been involved in the investing and financing of middle market companies since 1995. Currently, Mr. Norris serves on the board of directors of Naartjie Custom Kids and DR Technologies. Prior to joining Nogales Investors, Mr. Norris was a Director at Vintage Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market transactions in the western United States. Prior to Vintage Capital Partners, Mr. Norris was a Senior Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where he began his career. Mr. Norris received his B.A. from Harvard University.
