We seek investments ranging from $10 to $30 million in small to medium-sized businesses across the United States. Transaction types include management buyouts, build-ups, acquisitions, growth financings and recapitalizations. In all transactions, we take a lead role and are actively involved in the strategic direction of our portfolio companies. Investments are tailored to meet the growth and operating needs of our portfolio companies. Our investments can be structured as common stock, preferred stock, debt or any combination of the three.
