Luis G. Nogales, Managing Partner Prior to founding Nogales Investors, Mr. Nogales built an extensive and successful record as a senior operating executive and a private equity investor, serving as president of Univision, the preeminent U.S. Spanish language television network, president and chief executive officer of United Press International, principal of the Lombard/Nogales Radio Fund, and senior advisor to the Deutsche Bank Private Equity Latin America Group. He has received several U.S. presidential appointments, including his appointment as a White House Fellow in 1972. Mr. Nogales is a board member of Edison International, KB Home, Arbitron Inc., The Getty Trust, Cedars-Sinai and the National Association of Investment Companies. He has previously served on the boards of Coors, Levi Strauss, Lucky Stores, Bank of California, Kaufman & Broad S.A, the Ford Foundation, Stanford University and the Mayo Clinic Trust. Mr. Nogales received his B.A. from San Diego State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School. Mark J. Mickelson, Partner Mr. Mickelson has been a private equity investor for over 15 years and has sponsored investments in numerous middle market companies in a variety of industries. Mr. Mickelson is currently a board member of Insync Marketing Solutions, Alfa Leisure, and Video King. He has previously served on boards and operating committees for Graphic Press, Chick's Sporting Goods, G.I. Joe's, The Jon Douglas Real Estate Services Group, Media Arts Group, Allied Equipment Rentals and SeaWest Financial. Mr. Mickelson received his B.A. from the University of Redlands, California and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. J. Keller Norris, Principal Mr. Norris joined Nogales Investors in November 2006. Mr. Norris has more than 11 years of experience in investing and financing of middle market companies. Prior to joining Nogales Investors, Mr. Norris was a Director at Vintage Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market transactions in the western United States. Prior to this, Mr. Norris was a Senior Associate at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he began his career. Mr. Norris received his B.A. from Harvard University. Omar R. Karame, Principal Mr. Karame joined Nogales Investors in March 2008. He was previously with Stone Canyon Venture Partners, a growth equity fund located in Beverly Hills. While at Stone Canyon Venture Partners, he also served on the Board of Directors of an e-commerce business and a cosmetics company. Prior to that, Mr. Karame was Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of Alliance Imaging, Inc., a diagnostics company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and controlled by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. Mr Karame's experience also includes over 8 years as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, where he completed a wide variety of transactions for clients within a broad array of industries. Mr Karame received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his MBA from Wharton Business School. Vince R. Lawler, Principal Mr. Lawler joined Nogales Investors in March 2008. Previously, he was a Director at Greif & Co., a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm, where he advised middle market companies from a variety of industries on merger & acquisition and financing transactions. Prior to Greif & Co., Mr. Lawler served as Director of Corporate Development at Wirebreak Networks, an online entertainment development company. Prior to Wirebreak Networks, he worked in investment banking as an Associate at Sutro & Co., where he helped found the firm's Consumer Products and Services group, and at Credit Suisse First Boston. Before entering the investment banking industry, Mr. Lawler was a management consultant at Ernst & Young. Mr. Lawler received his B.A. from Stanford University and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Jorge Sandoval, Vice President Mr. Sandoval joined Nogales Investors in November 2007. Prior to joining Nogales Investors, Mr. Sandoval was a Vice President in the Structured Finance Division of GMAC Commercial Finance and an Associate at GE Capital's Global Sponsor Finance business, where he concentrated on private equity sponsored middle market transactions. Prior to his focus in finance, he worked as a systems design engineer in the Advanced Programs Group of Raytheon Missile Systems. Mr. Sandoval received his B.S. from the University of Southern California, his M.S.E. from the University of Michigan and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Deshon Owens, Associate Mr. Owens joined Nogales Investors in August 2005. Prior to joining Nogales Investors, Mr. Owens was an Analyst in the Global Technology Group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Owens received his B.A. in economics from Stanford University. |

Joseph Choi, Vice President of Finance Mr. Choi joined Nogales Investors in June 2005. Prior to joining Nogales Investors, Mr. Choi was an Assistant Vice President of Portfolio Accounting at Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. Mr. Choi has over 10 years of Accounting and Audit experience, having previously worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Mr. Choi received his B.S. from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Vicky Chen, Senior Accountant Miss Chen joined Nogales Investors in April 2008. Prior to joining Nogales Investors, Miss Chen was a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP. Miss Chen has over 3 years of Public Accounting and Audit experience.
